Thank You for Making History at the Ekiti International Theatre Festival!
From August 15th to 24th, Ekiti came alive with culture, creativity, and storytelling at the maiden edition of the Ekiti International Theatre Festival.
Over the theatre weekend, we staged powerful plays, amplified diverse voices, and brought together artists, audiences, and communities in ways that left us inspired.
Beyond the stage, this festival was about you—our people. Together, we created opportunities for thousands of young people across Ekiti to learn, volunteer, perform, and shine on a global stage.
We are deeply grateful to every artist, volunteer, partner, and audience member who made this celebration possible.
This is only the beginning. The Ekiti International Theatre Festival has set a new stage for creativity and collaboration, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for an even greater experience next year.
